Tom, an Australian winemaker, is renowned for his work with the prestigious JED WINEs brand in Mendoza, Argentina. Tom has studied at Curtin University in Margaret River and which has taken him on a global odyssey, crafting wines in places like Sonoma County, USA, and Champagne, France.

At this exclusive event, you'll have the opportunity to sample exceptional wines, including cuvees and rare bottles from renowned South American producers Bodega Chacra and Bodega Noemia. Tom's expertise and vast global winemaking experience will provide you with unique insights into the wines and the winemaking process.

To complement the wines, our Head Chef, Carlos Burgos Guzman, an expert in cuisine, will artfully pair them with a selection of six thoughtfully crafted canapés.
